Vote-By-Mail
Voting by mail is the easiest way to make your voice heard. It only takes a few easy steps:

Complete the Vote-by-Mail application

Mail the application to:

Don’t forget to pay for postage!

Return the application to the Board of Elections dropbox, located behind the Board of Elections at 2925 Euclid Ave.

When you receive your ballot in the mail, complete it at your convenience. Take advantage of the opportunity to research all candidates on the ballot as you’re filling it out

Return your ballot 1 of 2 ways:

Follow enclosed instructions (don’t forget postage!) and mail your ballot to the Board of Elections, or
-
Place your completed ballot in the Dropbox located behind the Board of Elections at 2925 Euclid Ave.

The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections offers quick and convenient early voting at the Board of Elections offices at 2925 Euclid Ave. Getting there couldn’t be easier:
